As a general practitioner, I have been involved in the winding up of the affairs of the departed since 1978. I provide a full and sensitive service at what can be a difficult and distressing time for the surviving family. The law of succession can create awkward situations in winding up the affairs of those who may not have left a valid will and I have extensive experience in dealing with potentially difficult family situations arising from this area.
