Civil Court Work

I have been continuously involved in civil court work since 1977. I offer a full service in the Sheriff Court, in particular in relation to matrimonial matters, child welfare matters, debt recovery, contract disputes and damages claims. I offer a simoilar service where appropriate in the Court of Session.

I am a registered civil Legal aid practitioner.
